Programme Objectives
To help leaders develop leadership six leadership styles through which they can build team performance and create a positive workplace environment.

Six Styles of Leadership:

3. Empathic.
4. Democratic.
5. Pace Setting.
6. Coach.
In this module delegates complete a personal assessment project which will help them understand the Leadership Styles that are their personal strengths and development areas.
Leadership Styles - Diagnosis and Application.
Through a unique diagnostic tool, delegates cover:
o How to diagnose the right style of leadership to use with each individual.
o The leadership skills and techniques to implement each leadership style.
o How to define and create the right workplace environment.
Programme Outputs
On completion delegates will have the skills and knowledge to:
Develop their leadership skills.
Change their behaviour to be more effective leaders.
Apply core leadership skills to the sales management role.
Create a personal action plan to develop and apply their ‘Leadership’ skills in their personal roles.
