HE has vast and diversified experience in HRM and HRD after more than twenty-five years being exposed to the banking, finance, insurance, construction (infrastructure and heavy engineering), education, transportation and haulage, manufacturing (MNC) and marine industries. He has wide exposure in dealing with unionized and non-unionized environments, and also governmental relations. He has conducted lectures and courses in established private colleges and higher institutions of learning, presented papers in local and international HRM and HRD conferences, and managed consulting assignments in GLCs, PLCs and established organizations. He has championed, participated, implemented and internalized initiatives such as HR Global Transformation, Employer of Choice, Performance Management, Talent Management, Profiling and Job Matching System, Change Management, Six-Sigma Program, Supply Chain Management, Leadership and Team Building Programmes, SAP R/3 HR Module and other HR reengineering management programs and processes. Currently, he is a Senior Consultant with Irshad HR Consulting Sdn Bhd. A regular trainer and facilitator for PERMATA (PETRONAS Management Training Centre) and other GLCs.
